Mighty Probe – 54-Inch Hex Shaft Inspection Rod Set

Description

This heavy-duty metal soil probe is used to easily locate underground pipes. The addition of a current isolator increases operator protection against electrical shock from incidental contact with energised lines.

The Mighty Probe features:

• A fully insulated handle for up to 50,000V.
• A hexagon shaped metal rod for added strength and rigidity.
• A metal pointed tip.

Optional add-ons include:

• Ball nose tip.
• Probe Slide Adapter with stop and locking pin.

The Probe Slide Adapter threads between the shaft and handle to convert the Mighty Probe into a slide hammer probe. The stop and locking pin allow you to lock the shaft in place. The extra weight from the adapter can also assist in penetrating tougher terrains.
